At All Saints Multi Academy Trust, we are looking for a Governance Professional to drive excellence in governance, ensuring that our board and leadership teams operate with the highest standards of compliance, effectiveness, and strategic oversight.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Act as the lead advisor on governance across the trust, ensuring best practices and compliance.
🔹 Oversee the governance framework, supporting the board, committees, and local governing bodies.
🔹 Deliver strategic improvements, enhancing governance structures, policies, and operational efficiency.
🔹 Facilitate training and development, empowering leaders, trustees, and governance professionals.
🔹 Drive effective communication and engagement, ensuring transparency across the trust.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Expertise in governance, compliance, and policy development—ideally in an education or trust setting.
✔️ Strong ability to influence and advise at executive and board levels.
✔️ A proactive problem-solver who can streamline processes and implement improvements.
✔️ Excellent communication skills, with a passion for training, developing, and supporting governance teams.
✔️ Knowledge of education legislation, regulatory frameworks, and statutory requirements.
